We are looking to recruit an experienced Chef for this position:
- Monday – Friday: 7.30am start
- Saturday & Sunday: 7am start
We are flexible with shifts and will work around which days you are available. Flexible finish times – can be at 12 noon and then sometimes you may be required to stay on and work through the lunch shift until 3pm.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up the kitchen for Breakfast service.
- Running Breakfast service independently or with another Chef on busier days.
- Prepping, cooking, plating dishes to the Company specifications.
- To maintain the highest standard of food preparation, cooking and storage at the site.
- Working in line with Barons’ Food Safety, Health & Safety requirements, policies and procedures – effectively contributing to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Effectively communicating with the FOH team and Opening Manager.
