Are you at the start of your marketing career and passionate about content, social media and digital storytelling? We’re looking for a Content & Social Executive to support the delivery of engaging content, CRM communications, social media and influencer activity across our luxury spa destinations. This is a hands-on, varied role that offers fantastic exposure across content, CRM and social media, working closely with our CRM & Content Manager and Senior Social & Influencer Executive. It’s ideal for someone eager to learn, develop and build a broad foundation in digital marketing.
The Role
As Content & Social Executive, you’ll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life across owned and social channels, supporting execution, coordination and optimisation day to day.
- Supporting the build and deployment of email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Assisting with writing, editing and updating email, website and blog copy in line with brand tone
- Supporting A/B testing of subject lines, content and layouts
- Assisting with CRM hygiene, audience segmentation and testing
- Helping track performance and compile reporting across CRM and owned channels
- Maintaining website landing pages and promotional content
- Supporting asset briefing, organisation and internal content requests
Social Media & Influencer
- Supporting scheduling and publishing of social content across multiple brand and property accounts
- Assisting with community management, including comments and DMs
- Helping organise assets and collect content
- Supporting influencer and creator activity, including hosting coordination and content delivery
- Assisting with campaign launches, activations and on-property content capture
- Supporting social performance tracking, reporting and insight gathering
About You
- At an early stage in your marketing career, with a strong interest in content, social media and CRM
- Being highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Being confident writing and editing copy, with a good understanding of tone and audience
- Being comfortable managing multiple tasks across different channels
- Being proactive, curious and keen to learn
- Being a collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Experience & Skills
- Have some experience in marketing, content or social media (including internships or placements)
- Be familiar with CRM platforms, ESPs or social scheduling tools is beneficial but not essential
- Have a basic understanding of performance metrics and reporting
- Be confident using Microsoft Office
