The Role:

To work collaborativelywith the Head Housekeeper in ensuring the cleanliness, organisation, andgeneral maintenance of the outdoor spa terrace, laundry area, and, whennecessary, the bedrooms. These areas should be maintained to the higheststandards of hygiene and appearance.

Role Specification:

• Ensure thecleanliness and orderliness of the spa terrace.
• Regularly check andclean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Maintain the hygieneof the spa facilities, including hot tubs, pools, and other equipment.
• Assist in sorting,washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• Replenish amenities.
• Keep the laundry areaclean, organized, and free from obstructions.
• Completing extra jobsas instructed by Housekeeping Supervisors, Deputy Head Housekeeper andHead Housekeeper.
• Report anymaintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper promptly.

Shift Patterns:

• 37.5 hours per week
• 5 days out of 7 perweek
• 6am – 2pm
• 10am – 6pm
• 2pm – 10pm
• Note: Full flexibility is key as you will beexpected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team andthe business
