Hoar Cross Hall – Barons Eden is looking for a Painter & Decorator to join our maintenance team. Nestled in the heart of Staffordshire, Hoar Cross Hall combines the elegance of a stately home with the indulgence of a luxury spa resort. Our estate boasts exquisite dining venues, expansive gardens, and a world-class spa. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable memories for our guests.
The Role:
- As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running and making the best impression to our guests through your impeccable workmanship.
- You will be responsible for completing painting and decorating projects throughout the business, managing ad-hoc projects as well as time-scheduled work, including but not limited to hotel public areas, bedrooms, office refurbishments, and staff accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Have previous experience as a professional painter and decorator.
- Experience working on commercial properties would be beneficial.
- Be NVQ qualified or equivalent in painting and decorating.
- Have the ability to always think like the guest; your standards should meet their expectations every time!
- Be committed to learning about our guests to make their experience personal.
- Have the ability to work fast and efficiently without compromising on standards.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Have great teamwork ethic.
- Have the ability to work on your own.
