About The Role
As Guest Sales Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for all new and existing customers and will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining high standards of customer service to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Handling all incoming inquiries and reservation calls professionally.
- Processing bookings, scheduling treatments, and guest dining arrangements.
- Sending out booking confirmations and relevant documents promptly.
- Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in all tasks, adhering to quality standards.
- Always providing excellent customer service.
- Driving sales and improving guest reservations.
- Striving to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Assisting other areas of the Central Reservations department as needed.
What We're Looking For

Additional Information
- Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: 0745-1615hrs, 0845-1715hrs, 0945-1825hrs.
- Rolling shift pattern, including a 6-day, 5-day, and 4-day working week.
- Location: Based at Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh.
- Plus: Monthly performance-based commission.
