About The Role
Hiddenwell is seeking a talented and ambitious Mid‑Level Interior Designer to join our growing Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer who is passionate about delivering exceptional interior spaces and is confident managing projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with our Lead Interior Designer, you will play a key role in developing innovative, high‑end design solutions across our portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion, maintaining design quality throughout
- Translating project briefs into well‑considered design concepts, schemes, and client presentations
- Preparing and managing FF&E specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages in AutoCAD alongside interior architects
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Issuing and managing RFIs and supporting accurate on‑site implementation
- Attending site visits, installations, and stakeholder meetings as required
- Contributing to the design and development of bespoke joinery, furniture, and upholstery solutions
- Working collaboratively with the Lead Interior Designer to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Maintaining and organising the studio materials library
About You
You will be a highly organised and commercially aware designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating refined, contemporary interiors.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Have a minimum 4 years' experience within a high‑end interior design studio
- Have exceptional design sensibility with the ability to create cohesive and layered interior schemes
- Have proven experience independently managing projects through multiple phases
- Have advanced knowledge of FF&E specification, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Have experience and a high proficiency in AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, joinery details, lighting, and electrical layouts
- Have experience coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Have an excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and bespoke design processes
- Have exceptional client‑facing communication and presentation skills
- Have an established supplier network and industry contacts
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively

Additional Information
- Full‑Time position - 40 hours per week Monday – Friday | 0900hrs – 1700hrs
