Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering a great candidate experience? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting our hiring across the business.
About The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the Group Talent Acquisition Lead and the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles through to onboarding new starters. You will be at the heart of our hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly while delivering a professional and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Coordination
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment process
- Arranging interviews and sending invitations to candidates
- Confirming interview details with candidates when required
- Preparing interview packs and ensuring documents are available
- Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information
- Posting job adverts on job boards and the careers page
- Carrying out basic application checks against set criteria
- Supporting the preparation of offer letters and onboarding paperwork
- Responding to candidate queries and directing them as needed
- Sending updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting a professional and positive candidate experience
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Providing updates on recruitment progress and key metrics
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, open days, and hiring events
- Ensuring recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment legislation
- Maintaining accurate records for audit purposes
- Producing recruitment reports (e.g. time-to-hire, vacancy status)
About You
- Have previous experience in a recruitment or coordination role
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Have experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Harri experience is a plus
- Hold CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)

Additional Information
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (0830-1700hrs)
- Please note that due to the rural location and the need for site visits, candidates must have access to their own vehicle.
