About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our talented in‑house marketing team. Working closely with our Creative Designers, you’ll help bring our brands to life across multiple properties through engaging campaigns, digital communications and on‑property POS. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing designer to build their skills in a brand‑led environment, delivering market‑leading creative across digital and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Creative Designers in the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital and print
- Designing and adapting assets for digital channels (websites, email marketing, paid ads, social media and screens) and print (menus and on‑property POS)
- Applying brand guidelines consistently while exploring creative solutions within them
- Preparing final artwork files for print and digital distribution
- Managing feedback and revisions efficiently and accurately
- Organising and maintaining design files and asset libraries
- Liaising with the Marketing Executive to ensure briefs, timelines and expectations are met
- Supplying brand assets to external suppliers
- Staying up to date with hospitality, design and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Supporting Designers in continuously improving the guest experience
- Assisting with pre‑shoot preparation and providing hands‑on support during shoots
- Carrying out other duties as required in line with business objectives
