The Role

As a member of our Food and Beverage team, you will have a natural flair for engaging with people, an eye for detail, and a drive to uphold high standards. We’re looking for someone with a strong desire to offer extraordinary service and a personality that shines through. You will work within a dynamic and energetic team, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
- Assisting in delivering food and beverage service across our Hugo\\\’s Restaurant within the spa.
- Answering guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
- Managing a section in Hugo\\\’s Restaurant, as well as other dining areas during breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch, and dinner.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front and back of house, ensuring setup and closure procedures are followed in line with BEOs.
- Ensuring compliance with all closedown and setup procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
- Handling guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest.
Personal Specifications
Essential
- Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Have a solid understanding of food hygiene and quality standards.
- Have the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
- Have experience with large volume covers.
- Have Food Safety Training.

- Full flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed to support the team and the business.
