Your Responsibilities
- Operate across multiple production areas (cream, batter, boiling floor).
- Inspect products and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards.
- Complete all required documentation accurately.
- Operate Tonelli mixers, batter auto‑call systems, syrup/caramel cookers, rework systems, and weighing equipment.
- Read and follow recipes, specifications, and day codes.
- Perform CCP sieve checks and use refractometers for solids/temperature monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with Baking, Pasting, Pink and White line teams.
- Support training of new staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe working environment (clean‑as‑you‑go).
- Follow all company policies and Health.
