The role combines strategic influence, leadership and hands-on delivery, with ownership of legal support across a broad and commercially critical remit, from complex commercial arrangements to regulatory, ESG, IP and digital initiatives.
- True lead lawyer role with responsibility for multiple business units

About you:
- Senior commercial lawyer (c.12-15+ PQE) (although all candidates with demonstrable ability will be considered)

- Proven ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially astute, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
