Our client is a full service London based law firm that has a strong client base and offers highly commercial solutions to its strong domestic and international client base in a people focussed, highly collegiate environment.
The firm's highly regarded and in demand employment department now seeks 2 new additions to the team at associate and senior associate level. The roles will advise employers on the full spectrum of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters, with additional exposure to Transactional and TUPE work.
More specifically the roles will:
- Work on the employment aspects of corporate and property transactions;
- Provide strategic advice to employers on UK employment law;
- Draft, review and negotiate employment related documentation;
- Manage a varied caseload of Employment Tribunal claims;
- Advise and act for senior executives on complex disputes, exits and settlement negotiations.
The ideal candidate/s will be UK qualified and have broad employment law experience from a city, corporate or boutique employment practice, advising employers and business owners. You will also be comfortable working collaboratively within a team on advisory, transactional and contentious work and ideally have some advocacy experience (to preliminary hearing level).
The roles will suit a proactive and collaborative lawyer who enjoys working in a small, busy and highly collaborative and rewarding team and firm.
