Job Description
Our client is an international biopharmaceutical company who are now seeking an experienced compliance professional to cover a maternity leave (9-12 months) for their Senior Manager Regional Healthcare Compliance.
Reporting to the US based VP of compliance, this hands on role will be the sole compliance lead for Europe and will support all areas of the business, particularly the commercial and medical teams. Responsibilities and day to day activities will cover auditing and risk assessments, monitoring, due diligence, managing and improving the compliance programme including policies, training and investigations.
You will be an experienced compliance professional coming from a similar pharmaceutical or biotech company or consultancy, with several years experience working on healthcare compliance matters either in the UK or Europe. You will also need to be commercially minded and a strong communicator, with the ability work with different cultures and across all levels of a business.
The role requires circa 3 days in the office.
