Are you an experienced team leader looking for a new challenge? Are you a Nursery Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? Magic Moments are looking for a Senior Nursery Nurse/ Team leader to join our team in Barnt Green.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of nursery practitioners
- Plan and deliver engaging early years activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
- Monitor children’s progress and maintain accurate records
- Build positive relationships with parents and carers
- Support staff development and progress
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or above)
- Previous nursery experience, ideally in a senior or room leader role
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Experience supporting children with additional needs (preferred but not essential)
- Ideally looking for a shift pattern of 4/5 days.
