We are currently recruiting pharmaceutical Production staff to join our expanding teams! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for ongoing temporary work, with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Location: Barnstaple, Braunton & Langtree so you need to be living locally.
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Temporary (with permanent opportunities)
Shifts Available:
- 7am - 7pm (3 on, 4 off) £13.98 per hour
- 7pm - 7am (3 on, 4 off) £16.52 per hour
You would be fixed on one of the above shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow instructions with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment and find your rhythm
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging
- Safely package items using appropriate industrial materials (e.g., boxes, pallets, bubble wrap)
- Complete paperwork or input data to track orders
- Maintain high levels of accuracy
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times and follow the core values: Integrity, Responsibility and Respect
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage (not essential)
- Excellent timekeeping
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, detail-oriented, hardworking and physically fit
