What you'll do

  • Assist the Service Director s of People, Communications and Intelligence, and Law , Democratic and Member Services with high-quality management support, managing paperwork, calendars, meetings, research, projects, and stakeholder relations.
  • Navigate sensitive and complex situations with professionalism.
  • To act as an ambassador for process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, and the use of modern technology to streamline operations.
  • What you need
  • Level 3 qualification.
  • Extensive business support experience, preferably in local government.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document management.
  • High standards of professionalism, communication, and diplomacy.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
