The Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our Membership Team. This role plays a key part in engaging with our members, ensuring they receive maximum value from their membership and promoting the wide range of services we offer.

This is a varied and rewarding position that combines relationship management, account development, and business support. You’ll be working across multiple platforms and meeting members face-to-face to build strong connections and promote retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with members to help them access and benefit from their membership
  • Drive retention in line with the business plan
  • Identify and convert upselling opportunities across our services and events
  • Promote commercial opportunities and member benefits
  • Visit members at their offices or sites as needed
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident communicator with excellent listening skills
  • A team player who can also manage their own workload effectively
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about supporting businesses
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Previous experience in account management or customer engagement is a plus
