Pay: £12.75 per hour Job Description: Food Production Operative Location: Hoyland S74 Working Hours: Tuesday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Start date: Tuesday 28th October 2025 About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Food Production Operative to join our client’s brand new production team. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment to assist with the preparation, packaging, and handling of food products, ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and safety at all times. Please note; The factory is a brand new set up therefore there will be engineers working on site, and machines still in the process of being built. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation, processing, and packaging of food products * Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures * Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided) * Maintain a clean and organised working area * Comply with all health and safety regulations * Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Requirements: * Must have a full driving licence and own transport (site not accessible by public transport) * Ability to work the set hours: Tuesday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Must have or be willing to obtain safety boots and hi-visibility clothing * Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards * Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Desirable (Not Essential): * Food Hygiene Certificate * Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment Benefits: * Ongoing training and support * Friendly and supportive team environment * Free parking on site
