We are currently looking to recruit a skilled & experienced CNC Turner Programmer (Fanuc Controls) based in Rotherham (S65).

Pay Rate: £16.20 - £17.20 based on Experience.

Working Hours: Set days: Monday-Friday or Set Nights: Monday-Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • CNC Programming — Create, edit, and optimise programs directly at the machine using Fanuc controls.
  • Machine Setup — Set tooling, workholding, and offsets for production runs.
  • Precision Turning — Manufacture components to exact specifications and quality standards.
  • Quality Inspection — Use measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, gauges) to verify accuracy.
  • Problem Solving — Identify machining issues, adjust programs, and improve efficiency.
  • Reading Engineering Drawings — Interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances.
