We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and approachable individual to join our Front of House Catering Team at Your Space Mansfield. If you love helping people, staying organised, and being at the heart of the action, this could be the perfect role for you! As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps everything running smoothly.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Catering Host – serve food and drinks
- Operate tills and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic food prep and restocking
- Follow food safety and health & safety procedures
- Greet visitors, answer queries, and ensure safety and cleanliness
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and welcome changes that help us to work better
- Jump in and help customers or teammates whenever needed
- Own performance and work hard to meet daily tasks and goals
- Find new ways to improve work and help people feel good
