b Overview /b p In this role you host and support vulnerable adults and young people within a family-based Shared Lives arrangement. You can work full-time, on respite, day care, or sessional basis, helping individuals live meaningful lives at home with your family. Carers are self-employed and receive an allowance, with regular support from the Shared Lives team. The service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and emphasizes safeguarding and person-centred care.
