As our Edge of Care Service Manager, you won’t just lead a team-you will inspire a culture shift across the borough and have strategic influence across the partnership. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes the belief that with the right intervention anything is possible to promote sustainable change for our families.

You are a person that thrives in challenging situations, tackling obstacles head-on with a calm and creative approach You’ve will have experience of managing teams in social care, with a proven ability to inspire and deliver exceptional results.

Your Role:

As the keystone of this brand-new service, you will:

Innovate and inspire: Develop a dynamic and creative service delivering multi-disciplinary cutting-edge approaches to strengthen family bonds, address root causes, and prevent breakdowns.

Collaborate for success: Forge strong partnerships with other agencies and communities, creating a safety net of support for families

Lead with passion: Build and guide a resilient, proactive team of skilled professionals committed to supporting families at the brink of crisis and to work intensively with adolescents with their families, or care givers.

Empower change: Provide reflective supervision and foster an environment where creativity, empathy, and determination thrive. You will also lead on policy and practice innovation.
