Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a Reablement Support Worker to help people regain independence and develop skills at home and in the community. This permanent, part-time role (22 hours per week) sits in the Place Health & Adult Social Care service, with agile working and a 6-week rolling rota.
You will engage with vulnerable people, build collaborative links with their support networks and partner agencies, and work across the borough during core hours 7am–10pm.
