Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an ambitious and creative individual to help grow Barnsley’s fostering community. You will develop engagement and recruitment approaches, collaborate with foster carers and care-experienced young people, and build partnerships with local employers and communities to attract more diverse foster carers.
You’ll lead on community events, campaigns and content, using insight and data to continuously improve outcomes and expand the fostering network.
