Working Arrangements: Agile Working - Minimum 3 days in the office. This is a full‑time role. We are committed to supporting work–life balance, and requests for flexible working, including job share, will be considered in line with the needs of the service. Given the requirement for continuity of support to service users, any flexible working arrangements would need to ensure consistency in case management.

About the Post: We are expanding our Kinship Team within the Fostering Service and are seeking a new team of four Family Support Workers to join this growing area of practice. This role will provide direct support to children, young people and their kinship carers, working alongside Social Workers to help stabilise and sustain kinship care arrangements. The post holder will deliver practical, emotional, and parenting support to families, promote good enough parenting, and contribute to positive outcomes for children who are unable to live with their parents. The role is hands‑on and relationship‑based, working directly with families in their homes and communities, and in close partnership with colleagues across Children’s Social Care and partner agencies.
