Are you a master multitasker looking for a dynamic, high-visibility role where no two days are the same? Victoria Primary Academy and Oakwell Rise Primary Academy are offering a unique opportunity for a proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant / PA. Dividing your time across two vibrant school sites, you will act as the vital bridge and strategic anchor for two exceptional teams. You will work closely with the Executive Principal, Heads of School, and Senior Leadership Teams to streamline operations, lead school communications, and drive administrative excellence across both academies.

Please note that this role requires the successful applicant to be able to travel between both sites: Victoria Primary Academy, Ivy Avenue, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS9 9ER and Oakwell Rise Academy, Doncaster Road, Barnsley, S70 1TS. Distance: Approximately 24 miles site-to-site via the M1.
