About the Post
Customer Service Advisor
Are you looking to be part of something special? Do you enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? Are you energised by a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment and supportive colleagues? If so, we have an exciting opportunity that could be exactly what you’re after.
We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) to join our dynamic Contact Centre. You will deliver empathy, guidance, and support to callers and online customers, meet quality targets, and work 37 hours per week from our town centre office. Ability to work flexibly from home is included.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide empathy, advice, and support to callers and online customers.
- Handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Meet and exceed agreed quality and performance targets.
- Participate in regular coaching, mentorship, and training to improve skills and knowledge.
- Take part in the Microsoft transformation and initiatives to enhance access channels and services.
Qualifications
- Four GCSEs (grades 9–4) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related customer‑service role.
- Digital proficiency and ability to use technology in a contact‑centre environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced contact centre.
- Basic criminal record check and readiness to comply with legal requirements (e.g., visa, residency).
