Key Purpose
To support the management and delivery of high-value strategic contracts and help embed a consistent, commercial, council-wide approach to contract and supplier performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure value for money and compliance with contract requirements.
- Maintain and manage contract data, documentation, and payment processes.
- Identify and support resolution of contract performance issues and breaches.
- Support implementation of systems and improvements to contract management processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery.

- Experience supporting contract management or similar commercial activity.
- Ability to work with data, systems, and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage a varied workload.
