This post requires a Basic Criminal Record Check. Responsibilities:
- Providing support to colleagues working on strategic and operational performance management, identifying where performance insights can inform business decisions, and drive improvement.
- Working with teams of data developers and analysts to support the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions to provide customers with timely and robust data analysis and insight.
- Assist in the completion of statutory and the provision of data sets from multiple sources.
- Supporting the production of high quality, user friendly reports and dashboards that display complex information, including predictive analysis to improve outcomes for local people and organisational effectiveness.
- Supporting with data cleansing and improving data quality to strengthen accountability across the organisation.
- Enabling data to be accessed by colleagues through the development of ‘self-serve’ capabilities.
Requirements:
- You are a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for using data to drive improvement.
- Substantial experience of undertaking analysis and interpreting data to identify and produce key findings.
- Experience of identifying, analysing and interpreting trends and patterns in data to inform future service delivery.
- You possess excellent communication and storytelling skills, and are able to tailor messages and deliver these to diverse audiences.
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships, with strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate complex information clearly to a range of audiences.
- A level 6 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
