We are looking for a passionate, committed, and driven colleague to become our Assistant SENDCo. This role is so rewarding and will allow the successful candidate to be innovative and to actively contribute to the support strategies for the students that need it the most. This role allows for triangulation between teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND team, and will enable the successful candidate to co-ordinate and lead on certain cases. We want someone who is dedicated to children, has experience of leading innovative interventions and is knowledgeable about SEND and passionate to increase life chances. Primary colleagues should apply too, this role is integral to the transition work we do with our feeder primaries and to ensure children have a safe, efficient, and smooth transition to secondary school.
