The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Willow Primary School are seeking an inspirational Assistant Principal to join the Leadership Team. As Assistant Principal, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and daily management of our school. This hybrid role combines high‑quality classroom teaching with significant leadership responsibilities, working closely with the Executive Principal and Head of School to shape curriculum, mentor teaching staff, and ensure outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
Willow Primary School is part of the Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi‑Academy Trust comprising 10 academies. We are seeking an outstanding primary practitioner ready to take the next step in their leadership career, or an experienced leader looking for a fresh challenge.
