Cineworld Barnsley is a newly built Complexity 3 cinema boasting 13 screens with an IMAX, 4DX , Screen X and Starbucks, located on The Glass Works development in Barnsley’s Town Centre.
The management team consists of a General Manager, 2 Cinema Managers, a Starbucks Store Manager, 4 Team Leaders and 3 Starbucks Store Supervisors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e. g IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Increasing Sales
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
- Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
