BHF Cleaning Solutions is a specialist provider of IPC (Infection Prevention & Control) cleaning, and we’re looking for a dedicated IPC Cleaning Supervisor to support our sites across South Yorkshire. If you take pride in maintaining safe, hygienic environments and enjoy supporting teams to deliver high-quality IPC cleaning, this role offers a rewarding next step.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out weekly IPC site audits, ensuring compliance with infection‑control standards
- Supervise and support IPC cleaning operatives across multiple locations
- Provide on‑call support on alternate weeks
- Onboard and train staff in IPC cleaning methods, protocols, and safe systems of work
- Ensure all sites follow correct disinfection, sanitisation, and waste‑handling procedures
- Monitor stock levels of IPC‑approved chemicals and materials
- Step in to provide IPC cleaning cover when required
Qualifications
- Experience in IPC cleaning, specialist cleaning, or facilities supervision
- Strong understanding of infection‑control principles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, hands‑on approach
- Ability to travel across South Yorkshire
- Someone dependable, confident, and committed to maintaining safe environments
