We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our catering and hospitality team on a bank basis. This role supports the smooth running of internal and external events, as well as day-to-day operations in our café. You\’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring spaces are well-prepared, and delivering excellent customer service.,
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of rooms for meetings, conferences, and events (e.g. arranging furniture, AV equipment, refreshments)
- Provide front-of-house support during events, including greeting guests and serving food and drinks
- Support café operations as needed, including food preparation, serving, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensure all hospitality areas are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
- Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and infection control procedures
- Respond to customer queries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and last-minute requests
