We are looking for an aspirational, enthusiastic and committed individual to join us as a Coach within our Women and Girls’ Pathway
Role Purpose
- Plan, deliver and review practical football sessions in line with the BCWFC Girls’ Emerging Talent Centre technical programme.
- Provide players with a safe, fun, suitably challenging and progressive environment that inspires them to invest in lifelong physical activity and football
Key Responsibilities
- The welfare of players within a designated age group
- Providing good quality coaching interventions and support to all players
- Delivering a training and games programme in line with the BCWFC performance pathway syllabus
- Administrative tasks to support age group delivery
About The Candidate
Experience and Qualifications
- FA ‘C’ Licence (or working towards)
- Valid FA Introduction to First Aid (IFAiF) Qualification
- Valid FA DBS A desire to coach and impact positively on the development of female footballers
- Knowledge and understanding of child development
- Flexible approach to working hours
