- To assist the delivery of coaching sessions for the Under 16 Girls’ team.
- To plan, prepare and evaluate coaching sessions in line with the Coaching programme and syllabus, as directed by the Women and Girl’s Technical Lead.
- To keep accurate records of coaching sessions, fixtures, learning objectives, and other necessary work as required within an appropriate time frame.
- To work collaboratively with the Women and Girl’s Technical Lead to devise individual learning plans for players and share updates regarding progress.
- To lead on individual reviews and parents’ meetings in line with their individual learning plans.
- To assist with the management of the U16 age-group on match-days as necessary, this includes liaising with opposition, match officials and other key stakeholders.
- To provide a point of liaison for the relevant age group parents/guardians or player leading on communication.
What will be doing?
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality coaching sessions, mainly with our youth, under-16 age-group, aligned to our Coaching programme and syllabus. You will be expected to develop players based on their individual needs to support their transition between age groups. Whilstalsomanagingteamsonmatch-daysaspertheage-groupsfixture programme in the Junior Premier League.
