Part-Time Youth Development Phase Coach

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Youth Development Phase (U12-U16) Academy Coach to join our Academy Coaching Department. We seek experienced, dynamic, and innovative individuals responsible for supporting an age group, with potential to work across other groups. The role involves planning, delivering, and reviewing coaching sessions aligned with our philosophies, managing and supporting players during fixtures with a co-coach, liaising with staff, and completing off-pitch activities on time. Candidates should demonstrate enthusiasm for their own development.

Essential
UEFA B Licence (minimum)
FA Youth Award with assessment
FA Level 2 EFAiF (First aid level 2)
FA Safeguarding Qualification
Flexible approach to work
Honesty, integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
Friendly, organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure
Strong time management skills
Commitment to professional development

Desirable
FA Advanced Youth Award
UEFA A Licence
Experience with Kitman Labs system
Knowledge of EPPP for Category 3 academies
Relevant coaching experience with Youth Development Phase
Full driving license
