To support a world class football development process through the provision of physiotherapy expertise to the planning, delivery and evaluation of individual player development in the PDP.
To work collaboratively with the club’s performance staff and the academy interdisciplinary team to optimise the holistic development of the person and player.

About The Candidate
- - Experience, knowledgeand understanding of coaching and developing young people
- - Excellent knowledge,skills and experience in injury assessment, treatment, diagnosis and rehabilitation,pitch and gym-based programming and delivery
- - Strong knowledge ofsports performance factors and their development
- - Ability to workeffectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities
- - Understanding of the ElitePlayer Performance Plan
- - Excellentcommunication and planning to work in a systematic and organised way
- - Flexible approach toworking hours including working evenings and weekends with travel throughoutthe UK, and abroad when required
- - Track record ofimplementing successful performance development programs.
- - IT skills to includea high level of competence using Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint skills
- - Understanding offootball and of the sport’s physical demands and key performance factors.
