Caretaker in Fleetwood

• 1. Maintain the overallcleanliness, presentation and general appearance of Poolfoot Farm, includingbuildings, external areas, walkways, entrances and communal areas.
• 2. Regularly patrol thesite and identify areas requiring cleaning, tidying, maintenance orattention, reporting any significant issues to the General Manager.
• 3. Ensure footballpitches and sports areas are prepared and presented to a high standard beforecustomer use.
• 4. Set up, move, storeand maintain sports equipment, including goals, nets, net clips, cornerflags, cones, barriers and other pitch equipment.
• 5. Check goals, nets,clips and other sports equipment regularly and repair, replace or reportdamaged or missing items as appropriate.
• 6. Carry out generalgroundskeeping duties, including weeding, litter picking, sweeping, tidyingand keeping external areas presentable.
• 7. Keep equipmentstorage areas, containers and maintenance areas clean, organised and freefrom unnecessary clutter.
• 8. Assist with thesetting up and dismantling of pitches, events, tournaments, football campsand other activities taking place at Poolfoot Farm.
• 9. Carry out routinecleaning duties as required, including toilets, changing areas, public areasand other facility spaces, ensuring they are maintained to an appropriatestandard.
• 10. Carry out basicmaintenance and minor repairs where appropriate and within the capabilitiesof the role, reporting larger or specialist maintenance requirements to theGeneral Manager.
• 11. Monitor the conditionof site furniture, bins, fencing, signage, gates and other facilities andreport defects or damage.
• 12. Ensure bins and wasteareas are managed appropriately, and that litter and waste are removed fromcustomer-facing areas.
• 13. Support the safeoperation of Poolfoot Farm by identifying and reporting hazards, damagedequipment or areas requiring attention.
• 14. Ensure equipment isreturned to the correct storage area after use and that the site is leftclean, tidy and secure.
• 15. Assist with seasonaland ad-hoc grounds maintenance tasks as required, including basic preparationof outdoor areas.
• 16. Provide a helpful andprofessional presence around the site and assist customers, teams andvisitors with basic queries where appropriate.
• 17. Work closely with theGeneral Manager and wider Poolfoot Farm team to identify improvements to thecondition, appearance and operation of the site.
• 18. Complete any daily orweekly maintenance, cleanliness or equipment checks introduced by PoolfootFarm management.
• 19. Undertake all dutiesin accordance with Poolfoot Farm and FTFC policies and procedures.
• 20. Undertake any otherreasonable duties appropriate to the role and required to support the smoothrunning of Poolfoot Farm.
