To provide analysis support for the U16 team and where required other teams across the Academy. The successful candidate will lead their analysis programme within their designated age group consisting of pre- and post-match prep, managing the training/feedback/match workflow and liaising with closely related staff for any specific tasks required.

About The Candidate

Qualifications

  • University BSc degree in related field
  • Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • UEFA C Coaching Licence

Experience

  • Experience of working within an elite sporting environment
  • Experience working with people of varying backgrounds andcultures
  • Experience working within a football Academy environment

Knowledge

  • Appropriate software, e.g HUDL Sportscode, Wyscout, SPIIDEO Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint

Skills

  • Adaptability to be effective in a dynamic, fast-paced Environment
  • Strong communication skills in a variety of settings
  • Ability to work as part of a broader multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
  • Excellent presentation skills to groups of varying sizes and ages.
