The successful candidate will be responsible for working within the Elite Talent Centre to develop young girls within an elite environment at the Club Doncaster Sports Park. Successful applicants will be required to take an administrative lead on operations within the Belles ETC. Working hours will include Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as hours over the weekend.

The candidate should have experience of working within youth football and have a keen interest in delivering players for the future of Doncaster Rovers Belles. Coaching badges are not required for the post, but preferred.
