The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

To ensure that all necessary kit and equipment are readily available and properly maintained, working mainly with the Academy, Under 18\’s and Under 21\’s but also supporting the Kit Manager with First Team responsibilities as required.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Preparing and organising training and match kits for the Academy, Under 18\’s and Under 21\’s team as well as supporting the Kit Manager with any first team requirements.
  • Attendance at U21 and U18 fixtures.
  • Printing and distribution of kit for staff and players.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, reordering as required, ensuring sufficient quantities of stock.
  • Work closely with the Academy coaches, Kit Manager and Laundry Assistant to address kit and equipment needs and maintain high standards of work within the Kit Department.
  • Ensure that all kit stores, kit and laundry rooms are tidy and secure.
  • Day to day support to the Kit Manager with first team training.
  • Support Kit Manager with first team match preparation including printing, folding and packing kit.
  • To assist with the annual kit and equipment order, meeting the Academy\’s needs wile maintaining the organisational needs and budget.
  • To ensure that any concerns you observe, or are raised with you in your role, are shared with the Safeguarding Team through the appropriate channels.

  • Be an ambassador of the Group, providing excellent customer service at all times whilst portraying a professional image.
  • Perform other duties as required, which are considered relevant to the post and to the objectives of the Group as identified by the Kit Manager or Head of Football Administration..
  • Treat all colleagues as customers ensuring respectful positive outcomes across communications.
  • Adhere to and abide by all BWFC policies, procedures, and guidelines especially remembering responsibilities to others under Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity.
