Your role in our journey
We are a seeking highly committed and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Family Hub Admin/Rec e ptionist.
The successful candidate will have the skills and attributes necessary to enable them to provide a high quality customer service in greeting and welcoming all families and professionals, both face to face and by telephone. A l ongside provid ing general and complex administrative support for the s ervice.
What you’ll need
You will possess 4 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) or equivalent o r have substantial relevant experience .
Alongside an understanding of the importance of working in Partnership with internal and external stakeholders including other agencies/professionals, parents, young people and children
Experience of working in a people focused environment both face to face and on the telephone .
