Responsibilities
As a Project Support Officer, you will support the delivery of existing and future fuel poverty initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and providing support to residents to help them save money on their energy bills. You should have some experience dealing with vulnerable people in crisis situations and possess exceptional administrative and call-handling skills. You will work in a small, busy team, so being organized and able to work on your own initiative is essential. You will need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
Please note this is a hybrid position and requires a set number of days per week to be office-based; you must live within a reasonable commutable distance.
