Closing date: 03/07/2026 23:59 Role Overview Leaving Care Personal Advisor (non‑case holding) – Full‑time position based at The Hub, Barnsley Town Centre. As a Leaving Care Personal Advisor you will support young people aged 15‑25 in their transition from care into independent adulthood. Your key responsibilities include building trusting relationships with service users, working with multi‑agency stakeholders to provide advice, guidance and practical support on housing, education, health, employment, wellbeing, training and independent living, planning and delivering creative activities, life‑skill sessions, social events and workshops, using cooking, baking, arts, crafts and other activities to encourage participation and build confidence, creating a welcoming atmosphere within The Hub, advocating for young people, and celebrating achievements.
