Duties To Include

  • Checking database for Barnsley Children coming into care
  • Deal with Out of Area requests for Initial Health Assessments
  • Processing of Review Health Assessments / Initial Health Assessments
  • Checking generic e-mail inbox and dealing with e-mails / enquiries
  • Booking children medicals by liaising with Paediatricians
  • Update tracker
  • Use Mosaic and SystmOne databases
  • Produce reports from tracker for weekly meeting
  • Liaising with named nurse for Health
  • Chasing of missing information

What will you need?

You will hold a level 2 qualification, have a business support background or a keen interest in developing within this area. Applicants should be aware that there may be exposure to emotionally charged information in connection with vulnerable children/adults and a level of personal resilience is required. Support is provided via regular one to one meetings and de-briefings.

You will be flexible in your approach to ensure the overall service objectives are achieved, be an excellent team player, have a can do attitude and willing to make a solid contribution to the smooth running of the service.
