Key Responsibilities

Our main goal is to assist people to maintain their independence in their own home’s as long as possible through our support.

As a Wellbeing Monitoring Assistant you’ll bring to the role effective communication, be able to prioritise work and work on your own initiative.

Qualifications

To join us, you’ll need a Level 2 qualification or experience in a customer focused/telecommunication environment. Crucially, you have significant experience of working with information-based systems, including windows-based packages of similar. The scope of our ambition means it’s vital that you have knowledge of problems that are associated with elderly and disabled people.
