Barnsley Council is recruiting a Service Manager – Residential Portfolio (Children’s Social Care) to lead three new children's residential homes in Barnsley.

You will be responsible for registration, staffing and opening, then ongoing operational and strategic management.

You will provide leadership across the homes, recruit staff including Registered Managers, manage budgets, contracts and performance systems, and represent the homes with partner agencies.
