Role Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:

  • Working on Major Projects, recent examples include the Alhambra Shopping Centre, The Glassworks, Tour of Britain
  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements for lease and licences
  • Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches and planning consents
  • Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and break clauses
  • Working closely with the procurement team to provide advice
  • Development and regeneration projects
