Role Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer role:
- Working on Major Projects, recent examples include the Alhambra Shopping Centre, The Glassworks, Tour of Britain
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements for lease and licences
- Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches and planning consents
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and break clauses
- Working closely with the procurement team to provide advice
- Development and regeneration projects
