About The Post

The Housekeeping Supervisor will provide management and supervision of housekeeping staff across multiple sites within BMBC buildings, providing a comprehensive housekeeping service ensuring break out areas are clean, functioning effectively, and supplied with necessary equipment. Support the daily operations of Brew Café, maintaining high standards and quality products. Manage and oversee the ordering of housekeeping and café supplies including the daily income management system. The Housekeeping Supervisor will understand and be responsible for the income management system for Westgate Brew Café, ensuring that daily takings for the day add up and are balanced accurately. Regularly review procedures to maintain integrity and transparency, supervise and train housekeeping personnel, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and emphasising the significance of maintaining cleanliness in all equipment. Order and manage inventory for café supplies, including monitoring stock levels across BMBC sites to ensure consistent availability and provide assistance with housekeeping duties and setting up for events and meetings outside of regular hours as needed.
